Frequently Asked Questions

As always, there will be some frequently asked questions, here we have listed the few that have come up more often than others - The popular ones!

Do I need a CHIP and PIN Credit/Debit Card to get accepted for a mobile phone contract? Yes, you will need a CHIP and PIN Credit or Debit Card to be accepted as this is used to verify your address. If you don't already haven one, you can obtain what's known as a "Prepaid Debit Card" for as little as £9.99. Click here for more info.

Will I need a Home Phone number to get accepted for a contract phone? All contract phones with us can be obtained without the use or need to provide a home (landline) telephone number.

Can I get an iPHONE contract with you guys? The simple answer to that is maybe, the reason:- it really depends on what deals the networks are providing at the time. Our deals are updated daily, so check back if you don't see any iPhone deals at the moment, although, you're more likely to see a deal for an iPhone 4 rather than the new iPhone 5 :)

Do you have phone deals on other networks apart from the ones shown?
We change our deals from week to week, this includes deals from other networks that we work with; such as Orange, Three, Vodafone, 02. At the moment, we only have phone contract deals provided by T-Mobile, but that doesn't mean we won't have deals from other networks in the near future. Please check back another time to see if we have any new offers on other networks as described.
